Over 3000 islands protrude from the sea with red sailed junks dotting the horizon. With a total area of 354 sq km,the mountainous island of Cat Ba is the largest island in Ha Long Bay. Cat Ba is a tropical paradise of white sands beach,caves,and limestone peaks,which rise like gnarled,blackened fingers from the lush greenery.
Day 1:Hanoi –Ha Long –Cat Ba (L,D)
AM:8h00 depart to Ha Long Bay. Arrive at 11h30,lunch at restaurant .
PM:Boat trip to visit Ha Long bay (4 hours). The calm emerald water and towering karst islands create a mystical maze as you cruise past Tam Cung Cave and Dau Nguoi (Human Head) islet,and visit THIEN CUNG cave. There will be lots of time for swimming and taking pictures. Bus transfer to the hotel in Catba island. Dinner and overnight in CatBa island.
Day 2: Cat Ba –Ha Long –Hanoi (B,L)
Breakfast. Enjoy a sunrise cruise in the breathtaking scenery of Ha Long bay. Continue on to cruise to Soi Sim beach. Stop for a swim,and then visit the fish farm,Ga Choi,Dinh Huong,Co Don,Cho Da. Then cruise back to the harbor. After lunch at restaurant in Halong. Return to Hanoi. Tour finished.

Ha Long Bay- Cat Ba island 3 days 2 nights
Day 1 (L-D):Hanoi – Halong Bay
Pick up at your hotel. Leave Ha Noi at 8:15 am for Ha Long City by a modern bus. Get on Imperial Junk boat and enjoy a welcome drink and lunch of savory local sea food. Check into your cabin and start cruising around the bay to see the amazing karsts with different formations:Lion,Tea Pot,Toad,Dau Nguoi (Human Head) islet,and then stop for a walk through the Sung Sot cave “Amazing Cave”.
There will be plenty of time for swimming and sunbathing (If weather permitted) after the boat anchors at a clean calm sea. Enjoy a wonderful sunset dinner in our beautiful restaurant before retiring to the comfort of your cabin. Dinner and overnight in Imperial Junk Boat. Go fishing.
Day 2:(B-L-D) Ha Long Bay Tours – Cat Ba Island –VietHai
A.M:Breakfast on boat. After that,start cruising toward Cat Ba Island. Stop at Van Gia village and transfer to another boat for your cruising to Viet Hai village which belongs to Cat Ba National Park. Cycle from Viet Hai primitive forest,trek through the forest up to the Navy Peak where you are overwhelmed by the beauty of Ha Long Bay and Cat Ba National Park. Cycle back to the boat and BBQ lunch on a white sandy beach.
PM:Kayaking around Lan Ha Bay with full of exploration. Relaxing and swimming and spectacularly you have time to visit CatDua beach (Monkey Island) and Lan Ha Lagoon.

Day 3:(B – L) Cat Ba – Ha Long –Ha Noi
Breakfast at 6.45 a.m. At 7.15 a.m,get to the boat by bus and cruise back to Ha Long City. On the way,you have some minutes for swimming at a quiet and clean sea. Arrive in Ha Long City at 11.30 Am. Lunch. After lunch,return to Ha Noi and arrive in Ha Noi at 16.00 p.m. Tour ends.
